Position Overview
We are looking for a high-level Creative Video Editor specializing in short-form advertising content for U.S. Ecommerce brands.
This is not basic editing.
You will build scroll-stopping ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-conversion short-form ads (15–60s)
- Edit UGC-style performance ads
- Create product storytelling videos
- Work with AI-generated visuals & voiceover
- Collaborate with marketing strategist on hooks & scripts
- Optimize creatives based on performance data
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong editing skills (Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut Pro)
- Experience with TikTok Ads / Meta Ads creative style
- Understanding of hooks, retention & conversion psychology
- Knowledge of pacing, subtitles, motion graphics
- Ability to analyze ad performance and iterate
- Portfolio required
Preferred
- Experience in Ecommerce product ads
- Familiar with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT)
- Understanding of U.S. market consumer behavior
